Clothing: No refund. Exchange only offered with proof (photo/video) of item(s) that arrived damaged and/or have not been worn, washed, or otherwise used.
Candles: All candles are final sale. No refund. No exchange.
Mugs/Tumblers: Refund or new item only offered with proof (photo/video) that item arrived damaged/broken.
